SMARTHINKING is an online tutoring service for math, science and writing/composition at the high school and college level for $35 per hour. The online tutors are graduate students or high school teachers and college professors. They must pass a rigorous training program and are periodically reviewed.
Other than personal suggestions from tutors, SMARTHINKING doesn’t provide online resources for students to find information on their own.
SMARTHINKING has established over 500 partner relationships with universities, libraries, textbook publishers and other educational institutions to provide students with access to online tutors. At $35 per hour for online tutoring, SMARTHINKING is one of the priciest homework help sites we reviewed.
Students can work one–on–one with a tutor or submit a question, which will be answered within 24 hours. In addition, students can submit research papers and essays for editing.
SMARTHINKING will work with Windows 2000, XP and Macs.
