The Homework Center at MSN’s Encarta is a large online search engine that will link students to resources on subjects such as math, English, science, social studies and foreign languages for grades K–12 and college level.
At $4.95 per month, Encarta is a bargain for online homework help. Help in math is a link to HotMath that provides step–by–step solutions to problems from dozens of textbooks currently used by schools across the country. Literature guides provide students with extensive knowledge based on specific stories, essays and poetry.
Encarta doesn’t offer homework help for science other than articles on general science, Biology and Astronomy and their resources are limited for world history, geography and vocabulary.
